Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of FastCutOut (fastcutout.com), operated by Tisight LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them. Questions: fastcutout@tisight.com.

The service

FastCutOut provides AI-powered background removal for images. Anonymous use is limited per day; registered accounts receive credits; paid plans raise the limits as described on the pricing page.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must provide a valid email address and be at least 13 years old.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or these Terms.

Payments, credits and subscriptions

• Prices are shown in USD and processed by Stripe.
• Pro is a monthly subscription and renews until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits do not expire and are non-transferable.
• Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. If something went wrong, email us — we will make it right.

Your content

You retain all rights to the images you upload and the results you download. You grant us only the transient right to process them in order to deliver the service. We never store your images (see our Privacy Policy).

Acceptable use

• Only upload images you have the right to use.
• No unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
• No attempts to disrupt, scrape at abusive rates, or reverse-engineer the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output may not be perfect for every image. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tisight LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. You may stop using the service at any time, and may request account deletion via fastcutout@tisight.com.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tisight LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
