Privacy Policy

FastCutOut is operated by Tisight LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use fastcutout.com, why, and the choices you have. Questions? Emailfastcutout@tisight.com.

Your images

The core of our service is processing images you upload. We designed it to be private by default:

• Uploaded images are processed in memory on Cloudflare's edge network and streamed back to you.
• We never write your images to storage — no database, no bucket, no logs of image content.
• Once the result is delivered, the image data is gone. We cannot recover, view or share it.

What we collect

• Account data — if you register: your email address, display name and a salted password hash (never the plain password).
• Usage data — counters needed to run your plan: remaining credits, monthly image counts and anonymous daily usage (stored against a session cookie).
• Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we only receive your Stripe customer id and plan status.
• Technical data — standard server metadata (IP address, user agent) processed transiently by Cloudflare to deliver the service and prevent abuse.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in and to track anonymous daily free usage. No advertising, tracking or third-party analytics cookies are used.

Third-party processors

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, edge compute and AI image processing.
• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Your choices

• Use the tool anonymously — no account required for the free daily quota.
• Request a copy or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing fastcutout@tisight.com. Deleting your account removes your profile and credit records from our database.

Data retention

Account and usage records are kept while your account is active. Monthly usage counters expire automatically after about 70 days. Images are never retained (see above).

Security

Traffic is encrypted with TLS. Passwords are stored as PBKDF2-SHA256 salted hashes. Payment secrets live in Cloudflare's encrypted secret store, never in our codebase.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
